Camco Stain Pak Solution I is sold in this convenient, economical 1 gallon size. Camco Stain Pak Solution I is one of two water based solutions seperating the polychrome dyestuff into its base components in addition to the hightly purified dyestuff and buffers. This solution is used in conjunction with 702-A and 702-C for differential staining that gives results similar to a Wright-Giemsa Stain.

Camco Stain Pak provides rapid differential staining of blood smears approximating results obtained from Wright-Giemsa Staining. Stained slides are very clean, bright and display perfectly differentiated color schemes. Camco Stain Pak contain important electrolytes to enhance the staining of the nuclei and its constituents, offering an even better analytical view. This simple, quick process creates easy to read results every time.

Directions:
Pour adequate amounts of Camco Stain Pak Fixative Solution, Solution I and Solution II into Coplin jars or tall beakers with tight fitting covers.

1. Dip slide into Fixative Solution (702-A) three to five times for one second each dip. Touch edge of slide against container to remove excess liquid.
2. Dip slide into Solution I (702-B) three to five times for one second each dip. Touch edge of slide against container to remove excess liquid.
3. Dip slid into Solution II (702-C) three to five times for one second each dip. Touch edges of slid against container to remove excess liquid.
4. Rinse slid by dipping into distilled water for a few seconds, then let dry.
